1-on-1 Personal Training

Looking to achieve a specific goal? This is the perfect place to start. With our 1-on-1 sessions you'll have a perfectly tailored program designed specifically to help you achieve your fitness goals.

2-on-1 Training

The partner training options provide 2-on-1 sessions with one of our IMPRESSIVE trainers. They're great for couples getting ready for a wedding, or just friends looking to support each other in fitness.

Small Group Training

We'll bring the party to you! Let's get together and do a bootcamp style workout with you and your friends or colleagues. Small group training requires a minimum 3 people per session at $35 per person.

Virtual Training

Not in the Los Angeles area? Not a problem, we offer virtual training sessions as well. We'll keep you moving from the comfort of your own home or office using Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype we'll keep you moving from the comfort of your own home or work.

The BODYWEIGHT FOUNDATIONS online program is 2 months of specifically scheduled workouts built to ease you back into a consistent exercise routine.
