Whether you're just starting out, or have a group of friends that are getting ready for a wedding, our impressive group of trainers are here to help you every step of the way.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Looking to achieve a specific goal? This is the perfect place to start. With our 1-on-1 pt sessions you'll have a perfectly tailored program designed specifically to you to help you achieve your fitness goals.
The partner training programs are 2-on-1 sessions with one of our impressive trainers. They're great for couples getting ready for a wedding, or just friends looking to mix things up with their training routine.
Small Group Training
We'll bring the party to you! Let's get together and throw a bootcamp style workout for you and your friends or colleagues. Small group training is a minimum 3 people per session at $35 per person.
Not in the Los Angeles Area? Not a problem, we offer virtual training sessions as well. Using Zoom, Facetime and Skype we'll keep you moving from the comfort of your own home or work.
ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS
As NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainers and Weight Loss Specialists, we offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles.
